PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will ship on or before date marked on respective product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, everything will ship together when the preorder becomes available.
SIZING
We try to describe the sizing of our garments as accurately as possible. If you have a question about the sizing of a particular garment email us at info@crookedlid.com.
RETURNS
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 14 days from when shipment is received. We require that customers notify info@crookedlid.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in as-new condition. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process once we receive the exchange back at our warehouse. You will receive an email when we have issued a refund to your account.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back to our warehouse for exchange.
